Proyectos y Servicios Corporativos, S.A. de C.V. (PROSCO), s a Mexican corporation operating from the City of Culiacán, Sinaloa since 1986 and having a branch office in Los Cabos, B.C.S. Mainly engaged in project promotion, development and management, PROSCO specializes in three areas of real estate project execution and development, ranging from project inception and preparation to actual performance of the construction work or supervision of the same.

The scope of work to be carried out by PROSCO is determined according to the needs of each client, with enough flexibility for proper supervision and adequate completion of the project. This includes all phases from architectural concept and design development to project management and completion.
