PROSCO's construction division is made up of top qualified engineers and architects who are highly experienced in project execution and supervision. Support is provided by other areas in our organization, including accounting, financing, project development and our roost of high quality service suppliers. The professional team set up for each work project is technically and practically qualified for resolving all of the complex professional issues and daily operations to be carried out.

1) Real Estate and Resort Development
PROSCO'sexperience in real estate resort development extends from conceptual design and procurement of funds, to project development and supervision of the work.
This was the case of: :

The Pueblo Bonito Hotel in Mazatlán, Sinaloa, and the Pueblo Bonito Blanco Hotel in los Cabos, in Cabo San Lucas B.C.S., both top rated tourist facilities.

The Hacienda del Mar Grand Resort, in Cabo del Sol, Cabo San Lucas, B.C.S., made up of the Sheraton Hacienda del Mar Hotel and Hacienda del Mar Vacation Club, among the five most spectacular and elegant resorts in Los Cabos and a top award winner.
Respecto a la administración del complejo turístico, PROSCO participó en la operación, proporcionando además el servicio de asesoría financiera, administrativa, contable y fiscal.

As manager of the resort, PROSCO participated in its operations while providing all financial, administrative, accounting and tax counseling services.

2) Home and Commercial Development
Our experience in the home development sector includes the housing and residential home markets.
As commercial developers we have designed, supervised and completed several mini malls in Culiacán, Sinaloa.

3) Project Management Services
Each project is assigned an engineering team who are in charge of project planning, budget preparation and project yield calculations, and who engage in personal follow-up and control of the work, the employees, and the equipment used in the work. They are ultimately responsible for coordinating with and providing all required information to the PROSCO administrative area.

II) INDUSTRIAL PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
Our work in this field begins with identifying a need that has not been met, which is then studied and validated through specific techniques to determine its feasibility.

Alikam, S.A. de C.V.A company engaged in shrimp feed production and marketing.

Radikc, S.A. de C.V. A plastic manufacturer engaged in the purchase, sale, distribution and industrial production of all kinds of items made of plastic and plastic by-products. The company currently focuses on designing and manufacturing WC water tank valves.
